Exacavtion problem with hypoplastic model for unsaturated expansive solis
All problems has simple geometry involving only one element 1x1 m with axis of symmetry in vertical direction at the
origin of coordinate sytem
- Preparation of mesh file:
- Generation of the finite element mesh is carried out with the help of input file slope.t3d.in by the command
T3d -p 264 -r 1 -i slope.t3d.in -o slope.t3d -d 2.0 -X -$ - Resulting mesh file can be downloaded here and thus this step can be skipped
- Generation of the finite element mesh is carried out with the help of input file slope.t3d.in by the command
- Generation of MEFEL input file:
- Compile the MEFEL preprocessor in the directory SIFEL/MEFEL/PREP by statement make.
- Copy the preprocessor mechprep from the directory SIFEL/MEFEL/PREP/_DBG to the working directory.
- Generate the input file slope_hypopl_excav.in by statement mechprep slope_hypopl_excav.pr slope_hypopl_excav.in
- Resulting MEFEL input file can be downloaded here and thus this step can be skipped
- Solution of the problem:
- Compile the MEFEL in the directory SIFEL/MEFEL/SRC by statement make.
- Copy the executable file mefel from the directory SIFEL/MEFEL/SRC/_DBG to the working one.
- Solve problem by the execution of the following commands:
mefel slope_hypopl_excav.in
