T3D Mesh Generator

T3D is a powerfull mesh generator capable to discretize complex 2D and 3D domains into triangular and tetrahedral meshes of high quality.

T3D Basic Features:

model topology: boundary representation
model geometry: lines, polygons, rational Bezier curves and surfaces
element size control: local, curvature-based, background mesh based
algorithm: Advancing Front Technique
elements: linear and quadratic edges, triangles and tetrahedras
anisotropy: no support
renumbering: nodal (Sloan)
platforms: Unix, Linux, DOS, Windows
visualisation: Elixir X-Window graphic library by P. Krysl (Unix and Linux only)
graphics export: Elixir, VRML 2.0, VTK

Getting T3D:

T3D is not public domain software. However, it is available free of charge for non-commercial purposes (education, research, etc).
