Employees of the department not only regularly participate in domestic and foreign conferences, but also participate in their organization or co-organization.
Nano & Macro Mechanics (NMM)
The annual conference, held regularly before the start of the new academic year, is intended not only for doctoral students, but also for other young interested parties. Secondary school students and other young researchers are no exception. In recent years, the articles have been published in Acta Polytechnica CTU Proceedings and are indexed in the WoS database.

Experimentální analýza napětí (EAN)
A traditional international conference whose history currently spans more than 60 years. The organizers of the individual years are, on behalf of the Czech Society for Mechanics (CSM), university or other research facilities across the Czech Republic and Slovakia, which take turns organizing each other. The Department of Mechanics was the organizer on 2015 (Český Krumlov) and 2021 (Litomyšl).
