The regular (delegate) registration fee covers admission to all scientific sessions, conference proceedings (electronic), refreshments at coffee breaks, lunches, welcome drink on June 20, welcome reception and concert on June 21, and conference dinner on June 22. The reduced (student) registration fee covers all of the above EXCEPT the conference dinner.
It is possible to buy additional tickets for accompanying persons. Tickets for the reception and concert on June 21 are sold at 50 EUR, tickets for the conference dinner on June 22 at 100 EUR. Students wishing to attend the conference dinner may also buy an extra ticket at 100 EUR (in the form, use the same box as for an accompanying person).

Cancellation Conditions and Refunds
Any cancellation must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat. The registration fee will be refunded after the deduction of 50 % if participation is cancelled prior to 30 April 2023. No refund will be possible after this date but complete documentation will be sent to the address of the delegate. The already paid registration can be transferred (without additional charges) to another participant from the same university, research institute or company.
